Consent to processing of special categories of personal data (Article 9 (2)(a) GDPR) - The data subject has given explicit consent to the processing of those personal data for one or more specified purposes.
Processing of special categories of personal data to protect vital interests (Article 9 (2)(c) GDPR) - Processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person where the data subject is physically or legally incapable of giving consent.
National data protection regulations in Germany: In addition to the data protection regulations of the GDPR, national regulations apply to data protection in Germany. This includes in particular the Law on Protection against Misuse of Personal Data in Data Processing (Federal Data Protection Act - BDSG). In particular, the BDSG contains special provisions on the right to access, the right to erase, the right to object, the processing of special categories of personal data, processing for other purposes and transmission as well as automated individual decision-making, including profiling. Furthermore, data protection laws of the individual federal states may apply.
Reference to the applicability of the GDPR and the Swiss DPA: These privacy policy serves both to provide information pursuant to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For this reason, we ask you to note that due to the broader spatial application and comprehensibility, the terms used in the GDPR are applied. Securing online connections through TLS/SSL encryption technology (HTTPS): To protect the data of users transmitted via our online services from unauthorized access, we employ TLS/SSL encryption technology. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) are the cornerstones of secure data transmission on the internet. Transmission of Personal Data

General Information on Data Retention and Deletion
We delete personal data that we process in accordance with legal regulations as soon as the underlying consents are revoked or no further legal bases for processing exist. 3 Years - Data required to consider potential warranty and compensation claims or similar contractual claims and rights, as well as to process related inquiries, based on previous business experiences and common industry practices, will be stored for the duration of the regular statutory limitation period of three years. This period begins at the end of the year in which the relevant contractual transaction took place or the contractual relationship ended in the case of ongoing contracts (Sections 195, 199 of the German Civil Code).

We process this data in order to fulfill our contractual obligations. Payment Procedure
Within the framework of contractual and other legal relationships, due to legal obligations or otherwise on the basis of our legitimate interests, we offer data subjects efficient and secure payment options and use other service providers for this purpose in addition to banks and credit institutions (collectively referred to as "payment service providers").

Video Surveillance: The monitoring of employees serves the security of the company, the protection of property, and the safety of employees. For this purpose, various processes and data processing steps are carried out. Initially, surveillance cameras are installed and positioned after a site analysis to identify security-relevant areas. Following this, cameras are installed at suitable locations, with signs or warnings provided to indicate surveillance. Regular checks are conducted to ensure that the cameras are functioning properly and no failures occur that could compromise security. The actual monitoring is done through video recordings to capture and document potential security incidents. These recordings are then evaluated and analysed to identify suspicious activities and respond appropriately. All recorded video data is archived in accordance with legal regulations and privacy policies. Deletion of Employee Data: Employment data will be deleted under German law when it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, unless there is a legal obligation to retain or archive it, or it needs to be kept for the interests of the employer. Job Application Process
The application process requires applicants to provide us with the data necessary for their assessment and selection. The information required can be found in the job description or, in the case of online forms, in the information contained therein.
In principle, the required information includes personal information such as name, address, a contact option and proof of the qualifications required for a particular employment. Upon request, we will be happy to provide you with additional information.
Where available, applicants are welcome to submit their applications via our online form, which is securely encrypted to the latest standards. Alternatively, applications can also be sent to us by email. However, we kindly remind you that emails are not inherently encrypted over the Internet. While emails are usually encrypted in transit, they are not encrypted on the servers from which they are sent and received. Therefore, we cannot assume responsibility for the security of the application during its transmission from the sender to our server.
